Approvals from concerned authorities (Omantel , Ooredoo,PAEW)

Approval of maps by the General Authority of Civil Defense and Ambulance for governmental, industrial and tourism buildings, residential, residential commercial and tourism buildings, weddings halls and educational buildings where the area of any floor exceeds (350) square meters, or the ground floor used for commercial purposes and one shop area of more than (60) square meters.

Provide soil testing report from one of the specialized laboratories (within Sultanate) for buildings, where height exceeds three floors. Soil testing report provided by the designer consultant will be sufficient if the number of floors are three or less.
